Normal cuts and emergency kills will be discussed together so timing, expectations, and processing instructions are clear before work begins.

Choose cuts and package sizes

Pick the preferred cut for each section, then note steak or chop thickness, roast weight, steaks per pack, and any special instructions.

Request special items early

Offal must be requested before slaughter. Smoking is available for pork cuts, including ham and bacon, and is charged accordingly.

Cut + wrap $1.10/lb
1 lb burger packages Add $40 per half

Final totals depend on animal size, selected cuts, package choices, and any special instructions.

Hog Pricing

Slaughter $90 + fuel/mileage
Cut + wrap $1.25
Smoke house $1.50

Ham and bacon include cut and sliced preparation. Extra sausage is $1 more.
